iThrea - Terms of Use

Last updated: 2 June 2026 · Effective: 2 June 2026

About these Terms

iThrea is distributed through the Apple App Store. Your license to use the application is governed by Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA), unless Apple or iThrea presents a different license that applies.

These supplementary Terms cover iThrea-specific matters, including subscriptions, support, privacy, and your use of user-selected media libraries.

iThrea subscription

What you get

An active iThrea subscription unlocks the app runtime for connecting supported backends, browsing media libraries, playback flows, restoring purchases, billing-state handling, and subscription-management actions.

Price and trials

iThrea Monthly is US$0.99 per month with a 1-week free trial for eligible new subscribers. iThrea Yearly is US$5.99 per year with a 1-week free trial for eligible new subscribers. Local prices and taxes may vary by App Store storefront.

Auto-renewal

Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Your Apple Account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the current period ends at the price disclosed when you subscribed or as otherwise permitted by Apple's rules.

Cancellation and refunds

You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refund requests are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Family Sharing

iThrea subscriptions support Apple Family Sharing when configured through Apple's App Store systems.

Your media and library access

You are responsible for the media libraries, folders, server endpoints, credentials, and playback sources you configure in iThrea. iThrea does not grant rights to media content you do not own or are not authorized to access.

Do not use iThrea to violate law, infringe rights, bypass access controls, or connect to systems you are not authorized to use.

Availability and compatibility

Backend availability, playback support, server behavior, network reachability, and file compatibility can vary by device, operating system, configured server, and media format. iThrea may change supported features as platforms and app versions evolve.

Disclaimers and liability

iThrea is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, the developer disclaims all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted operation, and absence of data loss.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the developer's total liability arising from iThrea is limited to the amount you paid for iThrea during the most recent subscription period. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
