About this license
These terms govern your use of the end-user macOS app distributed from jpfchang.org as ClambHook for macOS. The source code repository has a separate proprietary source-available license for viewing source code and does not grant app distribution, build, modification, or redistribution rights.
If you do not agree to these terms, do not install, activate, or use ClambHook.
Trial and purchase
Trial
Two-month free trial begins from first launch. No account or credit card is required to start the trial.
Lifetime license
A USD 99.99 one-time direct purchase unlocks the purchased ClambHook for macOS features forever for the license holder, subject to these terms.
Paid feature updates
New features released after the included first year are available through a USD 8.99 paid feature update. Purchased features continue working even if you do not buy later feature updates.
Update policy
- The lifetime license includes features released through the purchase date plus one year.
- Each USD 8.99 paid feature update extends that feature-release cutoff by one year.
- Existing purchased features remain enabled forever.
- Bug fixes and security fixes remain included.
Only new features released after your current paid feature window require a paid feature update.
Devices and transfers
One license covers up to 4 active Apple Silicon Macs at the same time. ClambHook may contact jpfchang.org to verify license keys, device seats, app version, platform, architecture, activation state, and entitlement windows.
You may deactivate a Mac and reactivate the same license key on another supported Mac. Device transfers must use the license controls provided by the app or support.
Restrictions
Do not redistribute ClambHook installers, publish mirrors, share license keys, bypass trial or activation controls, tamper with entitlement checks, use the app to violate law, or use ClambHook to compromise systems you do not own or have permission to administer.
GitHub, package registries, Homebrew, app marketplaces, and third-party mirrors are not official ClambHook end-user distribution channels.
Privacy and support
Profile contents, local connection details, logs, and diagnostics stay on your device unless you explicitly export or send them. License activation and payments are handled as described in the privacy policy.

Disclaimers and liability
ClambHook is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, the developer disclaims all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted operation, and absence of data loss.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the developer's total liability arising from ClambHook is limited to the amount you paid for the current license or paid update. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
